TAPBIO COMPOSTABLE ANTI-BLOCK MASTERBATCH
In all kinds of plastic films for flexible packaging, anti-block properties are very important for further processing of the films. Plastic films tend to stick together. Compostable films are no different in this matter and do require an anti-block agent to avoid the same.
TapBio Anti-block masterbatch is a completely compostable material based on vegetable oil extracts along with compostable carrier resin with dosages as low as 2 – 4%. The mode of action is the active ingredient migrates to the surface preventing the film surfaces from sticking.
